Please join us for a half-day of Zen practice in the city of Vancouver Washington! A silent day of meditation (seated and walking), chanting, temple care-taking, and a dharma talk. 

Suggested donation:  $10-20 The suggested donation is just that. No one turned away for lack of funds. 

Your registration helps us prepare appropriate seating arrangements. 

This retreat is held in silence. We are unable to accommodate partial attendance. Please attend the entire retreat.

9:05 a.m. Zazen 

9:30 a.m. Kinhin

9:40 a.m. Talk 

10:20 a.m. Kinhin 

10:30 a.m. Zazen 

10:55 a.m. Work / Movement 

11:50 a.m. Break 

12:00 p.m. Zazen

12:25 p.m. Closing with the Precepts / Dedication 

12:30 p.m.  Sharing Circle and clean-up

We may have an informal lunch together after we close, either a brown bag or a meet-up nearby.  More information about this will come soon.
