As Spring begins to brighten the earth,  what has been dormant over a cold dark winter stirs with new life and opportunities for growth and transformation appear.  We can see this change in our gardens and forests with each passing day. Can you feel it in your body and heart?

What has been dormant in you, waiting to ripen and be shared with the world? Look and see!

Liberation is our inherent nature and our true home.  When we lose connection with immanent truth we unconsciously adopt unskillful cultural  and social values.  The Essential Work of Liberation is about embodying healthy values and looking beyond our small minded limitations.  When these truths are lost it’s helpful to gather together and bravely and directly look at what might be holding us back.

In the silence of the meditation hall, we utilize our creative and curious human heart/minds to inquire into the nature of awakening. In small groups we will unravel our collective and individual karma – awakening together as the earth, being liberation itself.

Participants must be fully vaccinated including a booster. Please bring a rapid test to self administer upon arrival. PCR tests are no longer required.

The Covid situation is changing fast. Please stay tuned for updated requirements for in-person retreats.
