- Identifying our beliefs
- Doing The Work (meditation)
- Learning to facilitate another; listening and being present
- Q & A
Guest facilitating will be Edie Thomajan, certified facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie.
Lunch is included. Registering in advance helps us know how much to prepare.

Linda Chōon Frischmeyer has practiced with the Zen Community of Oregon since 2004, took jukai in 2014, and became a Community Zen Leader in 2023.
