Is the sacred and wild feminine asking to be reclaimed in your your life or meditation practice?
While there may not be specific practices that are better for all women, there is something powerful, healing and archetypal about women gathering and  offering support to each other together.

The intention of this retreat is to open to our experience of ourselves as women and to discover who we are beyond our various labels and roles. Meditation, yoga, mindful movement exercises, toning/singing will support us in deeply honoring, settling into, and caring for our bodies.  These practices welcome us back home to the source of our being.

There will also be time for exploration through the written word and journaling prompts, small group sharing, and opportunities to meet with the retreat leaders. Held in the wild beauty of Great Vow’s forests and meadows we will connect and reconnect to our authentic interrelatedness with the living earth and the more-than-human community.

Whether you were assigned female at birth and/or have a complicated/fluid relationship to gender identity, were raised and conditioned as a woman, have transitioned to female and/or claim woman as your gender identity, this retreat is for you.
