Annual Dinner 2025: Chozen Roshi's Legacy

This year, join us for a very special Annual Dinner to celebrate Chozen Roshi’s teaching legacy in honor of her 80th birthday! 

With boundless gratitude for the creation and steadfast guidance of the Zen Community of Oregon, we gather to share memories, offer happy birthday wishes, and thank Chozen for her incredible generosity through her broad, lifelong contributions to the Dharma.

We will share in a delicious meal (and cake!) prepared by the Great Vow kitchen, with gratitude for each community member’s part in carrying on Chozen Roshi’s deep vow. Our Dharma lineage is only able to continue as long as practitioners with sincere hearts make it so.

Due to the special nature of this year’s dinner and the limited seating capacity, in order to accommodate everyone, we are requiring registration.

We may have a waiting list. If your plans change, please let us know so that someone else may attend! 

No one turned away for lack of funds. Please contact how@zendust.org if the registration fee is prohibitive.
